JYP’s entertainment, which 2PM, Wonder Girls, miss A, and more belong to, will hold the 9th public audition.
On December 12, JYP announced, “We’re holding a nation tour audition, looking for new members of our agency, and world-star-to-be. Online applying started on December 5, and all the talented students over the country are invited to enter the audition.”
Online applying for the JYP 9th public audition is available through portal site Daum. Decided through a final competition in February, 2012, winners of first, second, third place and Hum Star are offered an opportunity to go apprentice in JYP.
The winner of Hum Star is given a chance to work as a model for Hum. The winner of dean’s Award of Seoul Art College is given one-year scholarship when the winner enters the school.
JYP said, “Numerous idols being active at the moment started their career through the JYP public audition. We will keep focusing on finding undiscovered gifted youths. We are looking forward to meeting star-to-be over the country.”
