G-Dragon ranked in 2nd place in Japan’s Oricon Daily Album Chart - DVD Weekly Music Chart
K-Pop boy group BIGBANG (G-DRAGON, T.O.P, SEUNGRI, DAESUNG, & TAEYANG)’s leader G-DRAGON has been ranked in the 2nd place in Japan’s Oricon Daily Album Chart.

According to Oricon Chart, which is the biggest Japanese web-site of album rankings, on the 28 this month, G-DRAGON’s new album “COUP D’ETAT” which was released on the 27 in Japan recorded 34,597 sales on the first day of its release, thereby being ranked in the 2nd place in the daily album chart.
The album contains G-DRAGON’s hit songs like “HEART BREAKER” and “CRAYON”, as well as the tracks of his second full solo album that was released in Korea in September this year.
G-DRAGON is placed in high ranks in the DVD chart as well. “G-DRAGON 2013 WORLD TOUR – ONE OF A KIND- IN JAPAN DOME SPECIAL”, which was released in DVD on the 20 his month, was in the 2nd place in weekly DVD music chart, during the first week from its release. It took the 3rd ranking in the total DVD chart.
Meanwhile, TVXQ!’s new single “Very Merry Christmas” that was released on the 27 is ranked in the 2nd place in Oricon’s daily single chart, recording 77,831 sales. KARA’s new single “French Kiss” was ranked in the 4th place in the same chart. KARA’s best album “Best Girls” released on the same day took the 4th place in album chart.
