Singer Tim receiving love in Indonesia for Korean-Indonesian drama ‘Saranghae, I Love You’
The Korean-Indonesian joint drama, ‘Saranghae, I Love You‘ starring Tim, is receiving lots of love in Indonesia.
Tim’s acting debut and the first joint project drama between Korea and Indonesia, ‘Saranghae, I Love You’, has been airing since last month all throughout Indonesia via its biggest public channel ‘Indosiar‘, with the first week’s viewers rating recording at 7.5%.
Since 10% is regarded to be the best in terms of viewer ratings in the country as it has many private broadcasting channels, ‘Saranghae, I Love You’ had recorded a fairly high rating, signifying the interest it is receiving.
‘Saranghae, I Love You’ tells the love story of two people each with different backgrounds in Korea and Indonesia, and has been gaining special coverage from the Indonesian media for it features a new concept that has never been seen in past Indonesian dramas.
After the drama’s airing, the fame of the drama’s OST, an Indonesian remake of Tim’s “I Love You“, as well as Tim’s recognition in Indonesia have been on the rise.
