Big Bang’s Daesung and G-Dragon say, “We missed music and the stage”
Big Bang’s Daesung and G-Dragon said they missed music and felt its importance at the 15th Anniversary YG Family Concert.
Attending the 15th Anniversary YG Family Concert that took place in the Gymnastics Stadium at Olympic Park on December 4 at 7 pm, Daesung said, “I really missed the stage. I just feel so happy to perform on the stage at this concert. I again felt the importance of music and the stage. I’ll always appreciate that I can perform on the stage.”
G-Dragon said, “I apologize for making you worry about me. I promise it won’t happen again. Please understand me, and I’ll repay you with better music.”
T.O.P also said, “I guess it’s been a while that you see all five of us standing on the stage together. It’s meaningful to perform at the 15th Anniversary YG Family Concert, but at the same time, it’s also meaningful that all five of us perform again on the same stage. This year was very hard for Big Bang. I want to say thank you to all of you for greeting us with hearty cheers.”
Daesung has gone through a hard time since his car accident in May. He had time for self-reflection, participating religious activities. G-Dragon also received investigation on suspicion of smoking marijuana. He’s been cleared of the charge and released. However, he also had time for self-reflection, not doing any activities.
The 15th YG Family Concert will be held again in Kyocera Dome Osaka on January 7-8 and in Saitama Super Arena on January 21-22 in 2012.
