It’s just been announced that girl group T-ara will be absent from all year-end award ceremonies in order to focus on overseas activities instead.
Agency Core Contents Media revealed on November 10th, “T-ara will not be attending this year’s ‘Melon Music Awards‘, ‘MAMA‘ or ‘Golden Disk Awards‘. Instead, they will be heading overseas for activities in Japan, China and Taiwan to meet with their fans.”
T-ara is facing a very packed schedule as they prepare to release their new mini-album, “Black Eyes“. Furthermore, members Hyomin and Eunjung are also busy with filming their respective sageuk dramas, and it was reportedly difficult to coordinate their schedules.
In related news, their new music video for “Cry Cry” has generated a huge amount of interest from fans thanks to its dramatic storyline. Fans will be delighted to know that a re-edited version will be released on the 10th.
T-ara will be making their official comeback on the 18th through KBS’s “Music Bank“.
